Presence in times of responsibility
I speak in organizations, networks and on stages where responsibility is carried – for people, decisions and culture. My work is for contexts in which it becomes clear that leadership, collaboration and impact cannot be created through strategy, motivation or performance alone.
What is needed today is inner stability. Presence. The ability to stay clear under pressure, to hold responsibility and to offer orientation. This is where my work begins.

Leadership does not first show in behavior, but in inner state. In the ability to regulate oneself, to hold complexity and to make decisions from clarity rather than reaction.
The nervous system plays a central role in this. It determines whether clarity remains accessible, whether connection can be held and whether responsibility is carried from inner safety or from pressure.
My contributions connect identity-based work, neuroscientific perspectives and embodied presence. Not as theory, but as lived and experiential orientation for what leadership, collaboration and culture require today.
I work in clearly defined formats that allow depth without turning into training programs or long-term processes.
Keynotes
Calm, clarifying impulses for conferences, congresses and internal events. Not performative, but orienting. Not loud, but grounding.
Workshops
In-depth formats for leaders or teams. Personality, identity and the nervous system as the foundation for collaboration, leadership, marketing, sales and employee engagement. Depending on the setting, somatic and breath-based elements (breathwork) are integrated to support regulation, integration and embodied clarity.

Consciously held spaces outside of everyday business. For teams or leadership groups who want to pause, realign and clarify responsibility on a deeper level.

I speak with presence, clarity and relational awareness. My work is not designed to drive or push people, but to make connections visible that enable inner clarity.
From this clarity, motivation, inspiration and new perspectives often emerge naturally – not as a result of performance, but as a consequence of insight.
Where appropriate, I work not only through language, but through experience, so that presence is not only understood, but embodied.
