I work with coaches, therapists, trainers, healers and conscious entrepreneurs in a personal, in-depth mentoring space. This work is not based on programs, methods or quick solutions, but on identity, nervous system awareness and embodiment.

This space is for people who are ready to take responsibility for their inner world and their impact. For those who are no longer interested in optimizing themselves, but in meeting themselves with clarity, stability and presence.

What this work is about

1:1 mentoring is not a learning program or a collection of techniques. It is a relational process held in presence, clarity and depth. A space where you do not need to function, but can slow down, orient and reconnect with yourself.

In our work together, we focus on three interconnected dimensions:

  • Identity & inner patterns: We explore who you are beyond roles and adaptations, how your identity shapes your decisions and where old patterns limit your inner freedom.

  • Nervous system & capacity: Instead of adding more knowledge, we build your capacity to stay present, regulated and clear, especially in complexity, responsibility and pressure.

  • Embodiment & integration: Clarity is not only understood, but embodied. Decisions, leadership and impact emerge when insight is integrated on a somatic level.

Who this mentoring is for

This mentoring is for people who:

  • are willing to take responsibility for their inner experience and their impact

  • value depth over speed and integration over performance

  • understand self-leadership as the foundation of leadership and professional presence

I work calmly, clearly and in relationship. Depth is not forced, but it is required.
